VISION
The vision of CRC Selayang Hospital is to become a leading clinical research institution in Asia.

MISSION
The missions of CRC Hospital Selayang are to:
1.  Serve as a mediator in enhancing the research capacity at Hospital Selayang and contribute to achieving the Ministry of Health's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
2.  Establish Hospital Selayang as a well-known research institution, recognized both nationally across Malaysia and internationally.

GOAL
To become a leading centre for ethical, high-quality clinical research in Malaysia and Asia by enhancing research capacity, fostering local and regional collaborations, and contributing to advancements in healthcare and disease prevention within these regions.

OBJECTIVES
The objectives of CRC Selayang Hospital are:
1.  Monitor the research activities in Hospital Selayang.
2.  Facilitate the registration of research in the National Medical Research Register for Hospital Selayang staff and students.
3.  Provide assistance and support to staff members interested in participating in research.
4.  Organize training programs and courses for employees interested in advancing their research skills
