Introduction
Plastic Surgery services were established in Hospital Selayang in 2010. The unit comprises of 2 Plastic Surgeons with trained medical officers, medical assistants and nurses. We are a tertiary referral centre with a 6 bedded Burn Unit, in which our staff provides comprehensive burn care and rehabilitation. We also provide support services to various departments such as arteriovenous fistula creation for end stage renal failure patients and other various reconstructive and microsurgery cases.

The plastic surgery unit provides the following inpatient and outpatient services:
Burn management
Cleft Lip and Palate Surgery
Scar management and laser treatment
Skin Cancer Surgery and reconstruction
Reconstructive and Microsurgery
Arteriovenous Fistula Surgery
Aesthetic Surgery
Intralesional steroid injections
